Add Profile Photos for Users and Practitioners

This guide shows you how to add profile photos for users and practitioners in CoTreat. Practitioner photos appear in Information Packs and Digital Treatment Plans sent to patients.

Option 1: Add or update a User profile photo

Use this if the user already has a CoTreat login.

  1. Log in to practice.cotreat.com.au

  2. Click the Settings icon

  3. Select Practice Members

  4. Stay on the Users tab

  5. Click Edit next to the user

  6. Click the Avatar area

  7. Upload or drag and drop a photo

  8. Click Update to save

Good to know:
If this user is linked to a practitioner, the photo will also appear on the practitioner profile.

Option 2: Add a Practitioner photo (no user account)

Use this if the practitioner does not need a login but should appear in patient communications.

  1. Go to Settings → Practice Members

  2. Open Practitioner Profiles

  3. Find the practitioner and click Edit

  4. Click the Avatar area

  5. Upload or drag and drop a photo

  6. Click Update to save

Helpful notes

  • Practitioner profiles may already appear if your PMS is integrated with CoTreat

  • Practitioners can only log in and receive digests once a user account is created

  • We recommend using a clear, professional headshot
