This guide explains how to export 3D scans from common scanners so they can be uploaded into CoTreat.

• 3D scans must be exported in PLY format

• Log in to MyiTero.com™ (MIDC) on your computer

• Export the scan in PLY format

You can export scans from either:

• 3Shape Unite, or

• 3Shape Dental Manager

Uploading scans into CoTreat

Once exported in PLY format, scans can be added when creating or editing a Digital Treatment Plan in CoTreat.
